小城市的優勢：工作競爭壓力小，穩定，下班時間都是自己的，不用擔心隨時被淘汰的風險，房價、物價較低，而且離家近，能陪伴父母。

同時，小城市的劣勢壹面：知識技術更新換代慢，個人成長慢，人際關系復雜，就業機會少，大多數人只能選擇考公務員和事業編。
